[Kitodo] Alles neu macht der Mai

Hallo Herr Weil,

das ging ja supischnell ;-)

Typo3 mit standard php7 scheint glücklicherweise aber kein Problem zu 
sein.

Wesentlich ist auf tomcat 7 zu achten. Somit geht es also ans Werk mit:

Ubuntu -> 18.04
LAMP -> php7 / MySQL 5.5ff / apache2ff / tomcat7
OPENJDK 7
TYPO3 -> die aktuellste Version

Kurzum, die SLUB-Version.
