zc.exe kann m.W. nur Z39.50. Das ist ein Protokoll.
HTTP ist ein anderes Protokoll.

Squid kann zwar m.W. auch ftp-Zugriffe forwarden, Z39.50
aber wohl eher nicht...

weist allerdings einige spezialiserte Z39.50-Proxies nach.

Ausprobieren zeigt, dass z3950.loc.gov:7090 HTTP spricht...
