<p class="mcntMsoNormal">Liebe Mitglieder von Kitodo. Key to Digital Objects e.V.,</p>

<p class="mcntMsoNormal">gemäß §12,1 unserer Vereinssatzung lade ich Sie hiermit frist- und formgerecht zur Mitgliederversammlung am 31.5.2022 als Präsenzveranstaltung beim Bibliothekskongress in Leipzig ein. Wir bitten Sie, der Geschäftsstelle bis zum 20. Mai
mitzuteilen, ob Ihre Einrichtung vertreten sein wird in Leipzig. Im Anhang sende ich Ihnen die Tagesordnung zu. Vorschläge zur Ergänzung der Tagesordnung erbitten wir nach Möglichkeit ebenfalls bis zum 20. Mai 2022.</p>

<p class="mcntMsoNormal">In dieser Mitgliederversammlung sind zwei Satzungsänderungen zu beraten – siehe Anlagen:

</span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Die SLUB gibt nach vielen Jahren das Release Management ab, daher benötigen wir eine neue Lösung. Die Diskussion der letzten Monate hat gezeigt, dass ein Ausschluss von Dienstleistern nicht mehr als notwendig oder sinnvoll angesehen
wird. Um mehr Optionen für das zukünftige Release Management zu haben, soll diese Einschränkung deshalb aus der Satzung entfernt werden.</p>
